Ingredients and instructions 1 cup shredded Cabbage 1 cup shredded Carrot 1 cup shredded Red Bell Pepper 1/3 cup green peas 1 medium sized chopped Tomato 1 small sized Onion sliced 4 Green chilies sliced ½ inch Ginger sliced 3 Garlic sliced Chopped Cilantro ½ tsp turmeric powder Salt as per the taste 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp mix of cumin and coriander powder ½ tsp red chili powder ½ tsp crushed Sichuan pepper (Timur) 1 tbsp Soy sauce 2 cups Water Add Ginger, Garlic er, Garlic and Green chilis All the vegetables Add tomato and green peas Add all the spices Cook everything for 3 minutes Add soy sauce Add Sichuan pepper Add 2 cups Water Let it boil ENJOY!!!
